Inside, there are private spaces, common areas, phone pods, and medium sized meeting rooms (up to 12 people conveniently). Location is strategic, just 5 mins away from Tg Pagar MRT, and close to many eateries and amenities. There's also free flow coffee and tea everyday, beer taps on Thu and Fri, also fruits and refreshments during some special occasions. Kudos to Niko and the team for always striving to provide the best service.

The Work Boulevard is a very functional place, that offers flexibility for space booking based on your needs - an office, a hot desk, a meeting room, or just a day pass for your team. The layout is efficient; offers enough space in the common areas, has phone booths, and has different sizes of offices available based on one's requirements. It’s very well maintained, has excellent WIFI, and good security measures in place. The central location makes it very easy to commute and the area also has eateries around. Last but not least, the place offers a fully stocked pantry, and an open beer tap every Thursday and Friday from 5 – 6 pm. The team is very friendly, warm, and helpful. They are always available to assist with any queries/questions/needs, and they work very hard to make one’s experience even more pleasant. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude are very commendable. Kudos to everyone for making The Work Boulevard, a better working place.

The Work Boulevard at 20 Collyer Quay has been fantastic since we've moved in a couple of weeks back. We've witnessed the management team working hard to provide that perfect office ambience and standards. In addition to that, not forgetting Yvonne, the best sales personnel who helped us massively throughout the move and the helpful & friendly centre manager Shanelle who's always there to lend us her helping hand.

Excellent newly created serviced offices, lots of break out spaces. Of particular importance, excellent coffee. TWB have very friendly staff who go beyond to help our business respond to growth requirements. From inspection, through to the move in, the staff have been very accommodating, the welcome pack access to facilities were all perfect.

What i love most is the view to the ocean from the big living space window, of course next is the free flow of coffee and tea every day as well as free beer every thursday and friday. There is also a coffee maker, and you can drink Super Dry from 5pm on Thursdays and Fridays. We have halal and non-halal microwave ovens, so it's a very considerate office. Above all, Grace, the receptionist, is always cheerful and wonderful. I'm a heavy user.

Newly established co-working brand by a bunch of experienced operators to ensure that all your needs are taken care of at a competitive price. To top it up, the space also offers a fantastic view of Singapore's southern waterfront, cheap parking at the opposite building, and great food options without the Raffles peak hour crowd.

Excellent new coworking space. Very well-equipped with hot desking spaces and soundproofed booths to make your calls. Great views too. Last but not least, Nico and the team are very helpful, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

I never liked the idea of the service office concept, but, after having been in here for just over a couple of months, Work Boulevard has changed my view completely. Super friendly and capable staffs have been making our day to day life a lot easier. Strongly recommended, if you are looking for an office space!
